The current AFT Seattle Agreement establishes a salary increase for faculty members with 10 years of FT service and who agree to be mentors. Currently, across the District, some divisions already have mentoring programs in place. This mentoring program does not supersede or replace those programs. Instead, it enhances existing programs and is a resource where there is no mentoring program in place.
